Position: Bar supervisor
Venue: Hyde Out
Role: Overseeing bar and floor staff in Edinburgh’s newest city centre cocktail & champagne bar. Must hold relevant experience and be enthusiastic. The ideal candidate must be over 18 and have the ability to communicate well, both with with customers and staff, and be extremely well presented. Honest, trustworthy for cash handling and till/stock management.
Any applicant must have an extensive knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails and be capable of working well in a team. The ideal candidate will also be aware of the service quality and offering we aim to maintain, and work to build upon this. Personal license preferred although not essential.
